Annual Event Post | Calendar of Events

Panels and performances illuminate the impact of activist feminists nationally and internationally from recent history to the present. Topics include women’s roles in international conflict resolution and governance; the continuing struggle to combat violence against women; and four decades of Our Bodies, Ourselves (OBOS). A performance by the Prometheus Elders Dance Group will culminate the program. Featured speakers include international peace workers, social and political activists, researchers and founding mothers.
