Avila Celebrates Tudela, Spain’s Exaltaciòn de la Verdura

Avila Modern Mediterranean restaurant will celebrate Tudela, Spain’s annual spring Vegetable Festival - Exaltaciòn de la Verdura.

Located in Northern Spain on the Ebro River in the province of Navarra, Tudela is a city renowned for growing more vegetables than anywhere else in the world! Each spring, the city celebrates its bountiful harvest with a feast that lasts for several weeks and incorporates the ripe fruits and vegetables into local dishes.

During Avila’s Exaltaciòn de la Verdura, diners will have the opportunity to experience this wonderful festival without having to leave Boston (and won’t have to pay in Euros). Executive Chef Rodney Murillo has created a special 5 Course Pre-Fixe Menu that celebrates this Spanish city’s native dishes!
