Cap of the end of Summer with a splendid weekend of fun family events during the 2008 Augusta Festival. Attended by thousands, the Augusta Festival is a celebration of music, dance and crafts. Beginning Friday night at 8pm, the festival kicks of with a dance at the pavillion and a signing session at the chapel. Saturday's family styled activities include the juried craft fair, various performances, pipe organ concert, kids activities, Pickin' Parlor, food sales, environmental exhibits, and a whole lot more.
