LT Personal Training now offers a mentoring/fitness class for young men ages 12-17 every Saturday from 1-2:30pm. The first half hour will consist of a mentoring class
This class will provide open talk sessions for the boys.

- Open Talk
- Different topics each day
The second half of class they will learn and perform basic weight training movements. These young men will receive a total body workout at each session.
