RIOULT, the world-famous modern dance company, performs with Brooklyn elementary and middle schools dancers selected by audition in “Small Steps, Tiny Revolutions,” about a young boy’s forbidden desire to dance, the gift of imagination, and the transforming power of love.
Whimsical sets, costumes, and dramatic lighting create the environment through which the boy, his father, and the audience make their magical and touching journey.
