Light The Night is The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s annual evening fundraising walk to celebrate and commemorate lives touched by cancer. Each fall, teams of friends, families, and co-workers gather in cities and towns across America. Participants at the walks carry illuminated balloons – white for survivors, red for supporters, and gold for “in-memory”. Funds raised help support LLS’s mission to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. The Boston Light The Night Walk is on Thursday, October 15th at the Boston Common. Registration begins at 5:00pm and the Walk begins at 7:00pm.
